FAQ’s

What will be provided at camp?

This is a pack in, pack out event. So you are responsible for providing for yourself. However, there will be food carts on site selling food and 10 Barrel Brewing will be handing out beer till its gone!

What is the availability of utilities?

There is regular and easy access to clean drinking water, toilets, and trash cans. There is intermittent access to electricity through out camp so bring a way to charge your phone.

Is there a limited number of tickets? Will they sell out?

Yes, there are only 500 tickets available in order to not completely overrun the available camping area. As far as selling out, well we sure hope so! But yes, we do expect this event to sell out at some point during the summer. So if you are looking to come with a large group, we recommend getting tickets early.

How large are campsites?

We ask everyone to contain there camp to 5ft x 5ft square in order to provide enough room for everyone to camp. Plenty of space for your tent and motorcycle.

You mentioned beer, but what about other refreshments?

The campsite is located in the town of La Pine so there are grocery stores and convenience stores nearby. There will also be water and soda for sale at camp. Hard liquor is allowed.

Can I stay somewhere else and still come to the party?

Sure, I guess. We’d obviously recommend camping with the group for the best experience, but if you have particular needs that prevent you from camping, you’re welcome to book in town and still come for the party. You’ll need to purchase a regular, full-price ticket like the rest of the group.

Are vehicles other than motorcycles allowed?

Nope. This is a motorcycle event and as such is restricted to motorcycles. The only exception is for vendors who can use a vehicle to load in and out but kept parked in a specified lot.

Can I wear my MC/ other colors at this event?

On the road, of course! At camp, however, we respectfully request you take them off. This event strives to bring people together, so any divisive colors or conduct is prohibited.

I bought a ticket, but now I can’t go. What do I do?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferrable. If you want to sell/give your ticket to someone else, be sure to email us at info@runtotherock.com and connect us with the new ticket holder so that we have their info for registration.
